Rahul drove a taxi in the city. Every day, seeing a wilted plant by the roadside made him feel bad. One day, he decided to help it. Rahul brought a bottle of water from home and watered the plant. Over the next few days, new leaves sprouted, and Rahul was delighted.
Some time later, an officer passing by that road, who had never noticed the plant before, asked Rahul, “When was this plant planted?” Rahul smiled and said, “I planted it, sir. I water it a little every day.” The officer was impressed and praised Rahul.
Moral of the story: Even small good deeds can have a big impact. Everyone can do something to protect the environment.
