Rohan loved cricket and played in the alley all the time. One day, he returned home frustrated because his ball was lost. In anger, he cursed.
Hearing this, his grandmother came and gently asked, “Rohan, what happened?” Rohan explained everything. His grandmother softly said, “Anger won’t help. Sometimes, thinking calmly can show you the way.”
Rohan was puzzled. His grandmother smiled and said, “Retrace your steps. Where did you take the ball?” Rohan thought and remembered he had been to the park.
He rushed to the park and found the ball. Returning home happily, Rohan realized how true his grandmother’s words were.
Moral of the story: Anger achieves nothing. Staying calm and thinking clearly can easily solve problems.
