Rashmi, as usual, went to the shop to buy milk. The shopkeeper, Lalu, was sitting there, looking exhausted. Rashmi asked, “Are you okay, Lalu ji?” Lalu replied, “Last night, the shop was robbed. They took everything.” Rashmi felt terrible. She asked, “Did you inform the police?” Lalu, disheartened, said, “I did, but what’s the use? My hard work is gone.”
Rashmi went home and told her neighbors. They came together, pooled resources, and restocked Lalu’s shop. The next day, Lalu was stunned when he opened his shop. Seeing Rashmi, he smiled and thanked her.
Moral of the story: In times of trouble, even a small act of help can bring significant change. Together, any difficulty can be overcome.
